How do we hope to do that?
Christ “Got AWAY” from those tugging on His garments, the loud chatter in His life. He saw the importance of Getting Away and being still.
We believe the setting/location is important to help you slow down and learn to listen to Him.
You will enjoy your own Private Suite with Private Bath in a beautiful Oceanfront Setting with heated pool.
Hospitality is not a lost art. We want to serve you this week. Our team will cook your meals and will look for every opportunity to allow you to have a wonderful experience at a Legacy Landing Retreat. That means no clearing your table or cooking or washing dishes for you. We are here to serve you!
Our team gets it. We have walked in your shoes. We have grown weary of doing good We have been in full-time Christian ministry for many years. Our team has a combined 170 years in ministry experience. We have experienced burn-out, fought depression, wanted to quit, performed to please others. Just to be honest, we are broken. Our team has no desire to “fix you.” We have no secret formulas – we don’t think they work. What we really hope is you will walk away from this retreat having a greater understanding of His love for you. You can learn to enjoy ministry in a no-performance zone. You can quit paddling so hard and experience His love.
We want to hear your story, we would hope to build into your marriage, we would like to defuse some of the phantoms that those in ministry have created.
Most of us in ministry do little for ourselves. We are consistently looking out for the needs of others and forget our own needs. WOULD YOU DO SOMETHING SPECIFIC FOR YOURSELF AND YOUR MARRIAGE?
